Founded by an experienced business owner, Olga Hernandez, inspiration for Bless Her Heart came from family members in the industry and her direct experience in owning a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company. In supporting various hospitals, emergency rooms, rehabilitation and post-acute skilled care centers, Olga recognized the under-served market catering to seniors who desperately wanted to remain at home, but needed additional in-home support.
Because the difference between remaining at home and needing to stay in a traditional long-term care facility is often assistance with daily activities (ADLs), Olga launched Bless Her Heart to help seniors with physical and memory care challenges in an effort to remain at home for as long as possible.
